When we think about the meaning or the value of something, I think it's important to think about the context, especially in the context of who is profiting from the value/meaning.
Meaning of Life of a human body for a bacteria living in it, would be a house, maybe even universe, and food and toilet and so on, for example.
Meaning of Life, in the sense of meaning of the (apparent) existence (of ourselves) for ourselves would be "tautology" or "anything we like" or nothing, etc, I'd say.
And there are countless way of seeing, valuing things, and thus countless variation in opinion/vies we may have.
